This pricing guide is designed for lifestyle, branding, fitness, fitness glam, boudoir, and fashion photography, RAW image sessions, and short-form video projects under 5 minutes.
- All sessions include a pre-session consultation, professional camera work, creative direction, posing guidance, and post-production by a photographer and graphic designer. Studio, gym, hotel, Airbnb, venue, or specialty location rental fees will be separate or added to the final bill.
Signature Photography
Lifestyle — $200 + tax
Best for personal portraits, casual creative portraits, dating profile images, birthday portraits, and social media content.

Commercial RAW Capture — Starting at $1,500 + tax
Best for brands, agencies, businesses, designers, and clients who need RAW files for in-house editing or campaign use.

-Limited commercial usage license
Final pricing depends on:

RAW File Add-On
RAW files may be added to an existing session only by approval.
Options:
-RAW file add-on: $500+
-Individual RAW file purchase: $50–$100 per file
-Full RAW gallery release: quoted per project

Short-Form Video
Short-form video projects are available for content under 5 minutes.
Reel Add-On — $250
Add one edited vertical reel to any photo session.

-15–45 second edited vertical video

Short Promo Video — $500
Best for personal brands, trainers, models, and small businesses.
Includes:
-One edited video up to 90 seconds

Brand Video Mini — $750

-One edited video up to 2 minutes
-Gimbal footage when needed
-Basic sound/music editing

FAQ
Booking?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the pre-session consultation and session date.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session before shooting begins.
Session dates are not confirmed until the retainer is paid.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 14 business days (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Studio, Gym, Hotel, Airbnb, and Venue Fees
Studio, gym, hotel, Airbnb, venue, or specialty location rental fees are separate from the session price.
Clients are responsible for:
• Rental cost
• Required deposits
• Location rules
• Parking fees
• Permit fees, if required
A $50–$100 coordination fee may be added if the photographer is responsible for researching, booking, or coordinating the rental location.
Travel Policy
Travel within 15 miles of Spring Lake/Anderson Creek is included.
Travel beyond 15 miles may be billed as:
• $0.75–$1.00 per mile, or
• A flat travel fee quoted before booking
Out-of-town sessions may require additional fees for parking, lodging, tolls, or extended travel time.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Late arrivals may reduce shooting time. The session still ends at the scheduled time.
No-call/no-show clients forfeit their retainer.
Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be handled case by case.
Delivery Policy
Standard edited image delivery is usually within 1–3 weeks, depending on workload and project size.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
RAW files are not included unless purchased through a RAW Image Session, RAW File Add-On, or Commercial RAW Capture Session.
Usage Policy
Standard personal sessions include personal use rights.
Branding sessions include small-business marketing use for websites, social media, flyers, and promotional materials.
Commercial, advertising, product, print, resale, or paid campaign usage may require a separate commercial license.
The photographer retains copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sales Tax
Applicable North Carolina sales tax will be added to taxable products and digital image delivery.
For example:
• $300 session + 7% tax = $321 total
• $550 session + 7% tax = $588.50 total
• $750 session + 7% tax = $802.50 total
• $1,200 session + 7% tax = $1,284 total
